All movements of the presses used to produce vehicle tyres at different diameters and widths are done hydraulically.

All movements of the Presses used to manufacture vehicle tyres in different diameters and thicknesses are achieved via hydraulics. Hydraulic system pumps are Rexroth Piston pumps and the UP-DOWN controls which control the operation speed of the press are Rexroth 4WREE proportional valves. The 606 Press hydraulic systems manufactured until this day are designed and delivered according to Rexroth Standards. According to the EN16474 standards, hydraulic valves as well as Switch valves were used for security purposes for vertical (Loader  - Unloader – Up-Down) movements.
