This is a project made to count the carton boxes used in the packaging by HKTM. Counting up to 1000 cartons can be made.

It is generally made in order to count the carton boxes that are used in the packaging process. Counting up to 1000 cartons can be made. Cartons are placed against the machine in a pile on a pallet.

The camera in the machine are lowered down with a single axis module with a servo triggered belt. The camera lowers in order to photograph the cartons. The photographs are then processed to determine the number of piled cartons. This machine can be used with all box types.

Oscillation Hydraulic System and Cylinder

This is project HKTM made to be used in the iron-steel sector. The purpose is to expel any air bubbles while waiting for the liquid steel. The oscillation systems are designed to expel any air bubbles within the liquid from the Oscillation trays before the liquid steel from the crucible furnace passes over to the casting line.

This process is done by hydraulic systems, as with the whole steel plant. Vibration movement is provided by the high accuracy Servo Oscillation cylinder. The block of the servo cylinder comprised of the Rexroth Servo valve and Roth membrane batteries are delivered coupled with the cylinder and as whole.
