Graco provides single component for various products, markets and appliances and manual and automatic technologies for the assembly and sealing for assembling multiple components. As HKTM, we have supplied Single and Dual Component Silicon and Sealing Dosing Systems and Hotmelt Systems and plan the turnkey projects for these systems with Cartesian and 6-Axes robots.

Flow and Pressure Control Graco's pressure and flow controls for industrial applications allow for the single component materials to be measured and distributed. While distributing the sealing materials and adhesives, Graco’s advanced product quality provides advanced precise distribution technology in order to provide less scraps and less operating costs.

Dual Component SystemsGraco dual component dosing systems ensures the correct application of many different materials including epoxies, polyurethanes, silicons, acrylics and thermal interface materials thanks to advanced proportioning, mixing and distributing features.

Hotmelt Systems, for hotmelt systems, the melting points are critical. Graco reduces the waste in the hotmelt systems and ensures adhesion and insulation of the hotmelt adhesives. They preferred thanks to their high application capacities.

Single Component (1K) Supply Systems The Graco feeding system includes a reliable equipment series proven for supplying the materials to measurement and distribution systems from containers for insulation material and adhesive distribution. Single component supply systems supports other molten materials such as adhesives and insulation materials as well as moderate to high viscosity materials.
