Application of Plasma Projects
These projects include those implemented by HKTM to increase the adhesion capabilities of the surfaces of metal, plastic and glass parts used especially in the white goods and automotive sectors.
In order to make production processes more efficient and eco-friendly, plasma technology is becoming more and more widespread in the industry. Thanks to the pre-treatments performed with Openair® plasma energy offered by Plasmatreat, the adhesion ability of the surfaces increases to a great extent. The tensile and tear strength of the adhered surfaces during assembly is at high levels in this way. We offer turnkey solutions by integrating plasma systems with 3-axis cartesian robots, 6-axis robots or desktop robots according to the dimensions of the parts to be applied.
