Melting Furnaces used in the aluminum sector are used for the purpose of melting scrap aluminum into liquid and casting it into billet casts. The basic movements of melting furnaces such as furnace tilting and lid opening are achieved via hydraulic systems. Since the temperature factor is important during furnace tilting and casting, the hydraulic proportional valves become prominent. As HKTM, we apply our engineering approach towards one of the special systems of the aluminum sector, the melting furnace.
