Servo hydraulic cylinders are designed and produced by HKTM engineers tailor-made for the customer's project. There are oil lines for servo valve, position control ruler, pressure transducer, shock dampener batteries, pilot pressure filters, anti-cavitation valves and hydrostatic bedding on the hydraulic cylinder.

The control valve is often designed to be integrated into the cylinder on the control block or to be connected via a spacer plate connection. As shaft material, hard chrome plated Ck45 material at min. 50 micron thickness that is hardened by induction is used.

Hydraulic servo cylinder is commonly used in continuous casting machines and oscillation systems. The Hydraulic Servo Cylinder developed by HKTM engineers is superior to its peers with its resistance to latitudinal forces thanks to hydrostatic bedding and high shock dampening feature.
