Rail Profile Mills are where steel in the solid billet form becomes rail profile after being subjected to certain processes. Many stations are used for this process, one of the most prominent pieces of these stations is the Milling part. In the station where the steel is shaped, the billet is shaped using horizontal and vertical cylinders. The cylinders are rotated via reducers. Lubrication and cooling of these reducers with large capacities are done via Hydraulic Lubrication systems. The systems where min. ISO VG 220 cSt oils are used are designed differently from the normal hydraulic systems. With many existing Mill projects, these systems are designed and commissioned.
