Gripper
Robots may only collect, transport, position, process, sort, stack and store goods and components in the work process with the help of the Gripper.Thanks to these gripping systems, robots can gently assemble, add or remove parts. As HKTM, we use global gripper equipment that has proven itself in its field. After sharing information about whether a single gripper suitable for multiple molds can be designed by examining your product and mold, the design and production processes of the gripper can be carried out by HKTM.
If you share the 3D drawings of your molds and products for the gripper designs that you plan to have with the robot for the plastic injection industry, HKTM design department designs, manufactures and assembles the gripper and puts it into operation with the robot in the field.

Multi-Zone Electrostatic Gripper
Although the robotic grippers today are designed and manufactured to ensure ease of use, high strength and high precision, they have difficulty gripping soft or flexible materials such as fabrics, paper, cardboard and some polymers.
As a result of the R&D studies it carried out, HKTM developed PATENTED, adhesion-based multizone electro-adhesive grippers, and aims to grip soft or flexible materials such as fabrics, paper, cardboard and some polymers, and to make robotic solutions more common in this sector. Thanks to the special patented technology, it provides multi-zone controllable electrostatic holding feature. and performs the holding process without damaging the objects and by taking advantage of the electrostatic attraction force.
Gripping and Screwing Systems with Multi-Degrees of Freedom
It has been developed to ensure that the gripping and screwing operations of adjustable feet etc., which are frequently encountered in white goods and similar sectors, are carried out successfully. There is a patented mechanism on the gripper that has multi-degrees of freedom that can perform gripping and screwing operations. In addition to gripping and screwing operations, the position of the screw hole of the product on the line is analyzed with advanced image processing algorithms thanks to the visual control system on the gripper and if necessary, the predefined screwing coordinate is updated to ensure that the screwing operation is performed at the correct point on the product.
