Stud pounding presses, which is an application specific to the automotive sector, is a hydromechanical project used for assembling the studs on the axle connection points of the vehicles. Thanks to the HKTM-made hydraulic cylinder, a 360° highly accurate rotation is achieved with Bosch Rexroth servo motor and pressure in the axle stud opening. As HKTM, we are able to present these systems to our customers with a detail focused engineering approach, which require calculation, selection and application skills with special care.
