3 Axis Glass Transfer System

The project HKTM realized specifically for the transportation and feeding process for the glasses used in the glass sector or the white appliances sector.

Visuals and quality is especially important for the glass sector, and the glasses used in the white appliances sector are particularly heavy. These glasses are cut and piled up in specific dimension and are carried on pallets on conveyors in order be processed and shaped. During this feeding process, in order to prevent any damage to the glass and/or because the heavier glasses being hard to carry by the operators, cartesian systems are the most optimal method to carry out this process by either 3 axes, or depending on the appliance, 2 axes.

These systems pick the glass on the pallet and place it on to the conveyor gently thanks to the pneumatic vacuum and thus prevent any scratching an/or operator strain due to the weight. Some examples are shared below.
